This is a 2.5 layer cake for Tripps 2nd birthday party. It is covered in fondant with a fondant curious george and a yellow hat to match curious georges zoo keeper. Turned out great!

This was my daughters 10th birthday cake all in IDOL style! She loves Scotty McCreary, so keeping with that idea, we went with all blue and white buttercream covered cakes with star accents and and Idol signage on the top. Turned out spectacular!!

Lots of things have happened in the past year of my life....one HUGE one is the fact that I married my soul mate. I am now Holly L. Johnson. I married Danny Johnson and we now officially have.....are you ready for it......make sure you are sitting down......*4* kids!! WOW is a word to describe it! It is amazing to have all the kids together and watch them interact and play. God sure has blessed us to combine our families and have such a wonderful new family.

Another large happening in my life is the fact that after 10 years of making cakes my dream of owning a bakery is finally coming true. In the next few weeks I plan on opening up The Sweet Sister Bakery here in London Ky. I will be specializing in custom cakes, cupcakes, cakepops and party favors. Its hard to believe that my dreams are finally coming true. Meeting your soul mate, marrying him, combining two wonderful familes and opening a bakery! What more could a girl ask for!!!

Rocking Out Camp Rock Style.......

This had to be the funnest, most enjoyable cake I have done in a while. I made it for my daughters 8th birthday party in which she requested "Camp Rock" Style with a guitar cake.

So pondering how to make a guitar cake I got online to google (of course) and browsed some cakes and images of guitars. I sat down, drew my template and begin the hours of work that this cake required. In the end it was so worth it though. My daugher loved it and her cake was the "Hit of the party"

Baby Girl Kaydence Alivia

In welcoming my new niece Miss Kaydence Alivia Britton to the world, we celebrated with a fun, all get out girls party! It included lots of food, fun and socialization. In return, I got to make a wonderful decked out baby shower cake that oooeeed and aaahhhhd all the guest.

This cake was a 12 inch sheet cake in chocolate with buttercream icing. The bathtub was a white cake with buttercream filling covered in fondant. Adorned with buttercream bubbles and adorable rubber duckies, this cake was definetly the center of the party.
